Naturally Radiant Glycolic Overnight Peel
The Naturally Radiant range carries the leaping Bunny symbol meaning it isn't tested on animals and none of the ingredients are tested on animals either, something they are very proud to support as a company.
As a Superdrug Insider, I was sent a Glycolic Overnight Peel from the Naturally Radiant Range. Glycolic
Acid is a harmless acid that will retexturize your facial surface. This will fade pigment irregularities as well as smooth out any fine lines or wrinkles you may have, leaving you with a brighter, more youthful complexion.
At bedtime all you need to do is apply a small pea-sized amount to your finger tops and and leave it to do its job overnight. In the morning you just simply wash it off with warm water and apply your day cream.
A day cream with a SPF is always recommended to protect your skin from everyday weather, even in the winter, harmful rays from the sun can penetrate your skin and a day cream with an SPF just gives a bit of added protection.
So What Did I Think?
You really do only need a tiny bit of this peel as it spreads so easily over your face. It is cooling, which will help reduce any puffiness on your face and it dries really fast. You can feel a slight tightness as it dries, but it passes in a few minutes and it just shows you that the glycolic peel is working instantly on your skin. Once it has dried, you don't feel anything but it is still nice and cooling. I have very sensitive skin and I had no problems or irritation with this product.
In the morning, you simply rinse it off with warm water and apply your day cream of your choosing. My skin felt smoother, softer and less puffy after using this product. There are day creams and further products available in the Naturally Radiant Range and at the moment they can be found at half price in Superdrug (price correct at posting)
