Which Cleanser for my skin?

Your face has to put up with a lot of rubbish through the day, You have grime from the environment, you  have grease from the make up you wear and your bodies own grease and grime that is eliminated through the skin. It is obvious to us that a good cleansing routine is extremely important to have and it helps your skin to breathe and recover. The right cleanser you choose should depend on the skin type you have, Take a look at the post on deciding your skin type, to see what your skin type is.

Before you do cleanse your face, remove your eye make up and lipstick. When removing your eye make up, use an eye make up remover and remember that your eye area is more delicate than the rest of your face so dont go to the area with great big bits of cotton wool, instead use your middle finger to gently apply the remover.
