A-Z of Summer - K is For Knightsbridge

When we knew we had to go to London, we looked for something to do, and as we hadnt made a trip to Harrods for a while we decided that we would head for there. So we took the number 9 bus from Charing Cross and got off around the corner from Harrods, we heard this massive gasp and looked up - Tilly had seen a Racing Car on the side of a building, she was enthralled and wanted to go and see the racing car, we had indeed stumbled upon the Maclaren Shop! members of the public are allowed in and to take pictures standing next to the cars, as long as you dont cross the barrier.

Then we popped into Harrods and you can experience the Disney Cafe, it will cost you about £8 for one adult drink and one child drink, but once inside there is a fair bit for them to see - it is decorated as if you were in Disneyland! There are movies showing and you get to cuddle Rapunzel. there is even a massive clock face of Big Ben in the middle of the cafe! An absolute must do if your in the Shop!

After leaving The Disney Cafe, it is a short walk to the Disney Store, where you will find everything you need thats Disney and there is no extra cost with it being inside Harrods. You will pay £12.50 for a disney doll, the same as you would in a high street store.

When we were finished we went to get the tube, but it was a big mistake as it was chocca block and maybe getting the bus to your next destination would be easier!

What can you do in Knightsbridge? have you found any hidden gems?
