The Blogger (Not Big and Not Fat) Quiz of The Year.

Thank you to Jenni from and Rosie from for tagging me in The (Not Big and Not Fat) Quiz of The Year. I was asked to answer some questions about 2016, and after the past few years we are so happy to say that we loved 2016.

What was the highlight of 2016?

I think taking Tilly and running away to Europe, We went in July and returned almost a month later after visiting Interlaken, Vienna, Munich, Budapest, Brno, Prague, Berlin, Hannover, Hameln, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Osnabruck, Bremen, Goslar (Harz Mountains), Hamburg, Copenhagen and Malmo. The first part of the holiday was to visit new places we had never been but the second part was to chase fairy tales.
Name one thing you are most likely to remember about 2016 if asked in five years time?

Hearing Tilly laughing for the first time in a long time and of course our European trip.

Sum up 2016 in one word.

Name one pearl of wisdom from 2016 that you will carry with you through 2017.

If someone has done something to destroy you and your family, you need to find the strength to let it go because otherwise it will eat at you so much that you start to hurt your family with your hate and anger inside. Sometimes as much as you have been hurt, its others who end up hurting more.

Do you have any new year resolutions?

No, Why would I want to change anything about me?

How are you seeing in the new year?

With friends at their house, I like to spend  NYE with family and friends rather than going out and getting drunk. Maybe its a sign of my age!

What would you most like to do in 2017?

Take Tilly to Turkey, its a beautiful country and she would love it.

What are your main goals for 2017?

To get rid of negativy in our life
To work hard on my blog and start earning more, and get my social media really working
To take Tilly to see more of the world.
To take Tilly to London for next NYE
To carry on teaching Tilly about the good things in life, and concentrating on the positives with her.
To help and encourage Kimmy on her blog

We did have a good year and here is to a fabulous 2017. Now I invite some others to share their year.
