Lego fans out there want to collect some of the best LEGO products available, but did you know that some items from LEGO are free? You can get the obvious free gifts from LEGO when you purchase a special LEGO set. However, to receive the free gift, you typically need to spend over £100. Every LEGO store has the free gift that we are about to tell you about. It is a LEGO Passport. To normal people (like me), it is a little yellow book filled with blank pages. To kids and LEGO fans, it is a challenge. A challenge to go around and get as many stamps from different LEGO stores as possible.

What You Do With The Passport

The passport is an empty little book with the LEGO logo and a picture on the front. When you go to different LEGO stores, you can get stamps in your passport (like you would if you were visiting a different country). Each store will have its own city or town stamp, so collecting these can be very exciting. And all of the stores will have a selection of stamps that they are using at the moment. For example, this summer, there were World Cup player stamps. So once you have collected these in one store, you don’t need to collect them again. You need to look for different and exclusive ones. You can also ask if they have old or discontinued stamps that they usually keep in a drawer or out the back of the shop.

How To Get A LEGO Passport And Stamps

LEGO passports are free, and they are available at all LEGO stores. You simply go in and ask for one, and an awesome member of staff will hand one over to you. You do not need to buy anything to collect the LEGO passport, and staff are more than happy to give you one. Because they know you are a real fan if you are collecting the stamps. You can only get a LEGO passport in genuine LEGO stores. Not stores that are toy shops that are approved to sell LEGO. Don’t forget Legoland and LEGO Discovery Centres also have shops, so you can get passports and stamps there too.

Getting An Exclusive LEGO Passport Cover

If you visit LEGO House in Billund, you can ask for an exclusive gold passport cover for your LEGO passport. This is not available anywhere else. It goes over the passport, and it shows everyone that you have been to LEGO House. It is a great opener for conversation when you visit different LEGO stores, because not many of the staff have seen them in real life. But they all know where they have come from.

Lego stores from which we have received stamps. Don’t forget cities often have more than one LEGO store, so they will have different stamps for your LEGO passport. And places like Legoland have different shops onsite too, even Lego hotels will have shops inside them. We still have many more that Tilly and Kim need to collect, but they have already finished one passport each.
