How To Make Watermelon Mint Smoothie

The summer is coming, and before we know it, we will be meeting with friends in the garden and having a drink or two. Although this watermelon mint smoothie is none alcoholic, you can add a measure of vodka to add some more fun to the afternoon.
If you are looking for a different breakfast drink (obviously without the alcohol), then this drink makes a lovely change to the norm too. If you don’t want it as thick with the yoghurt you can substitute it with some milk.
Watermelon Mint Smoothie
Makes: 4 smoothies
Ingredients:
A watermelon (frozen is better)
A 500g pot of natural yoghurt.
2 sprigs mint; 1 diced and 1 for topping
2 tablespoon sugar or honey; for sweetness
Ice
Instructions:

- Place the watermelon, ice, mint, honey, and yoghurt into a blender.
- Layer in a little of each as this makes it easier for it to blend.
- Use a spoon to stir around if you need to.
- Pour into a glass and top off with a mint sprig for added decoration and enjoy your watermelon mint smoothie!
