Last Updated on: 14th January 2025, 08:11 pm
Magic is a big part of our kids lives. Whether it is the magic they see in movies that they watch. Or whether it is magic from a magician that they see. Tilly is no different from other kids and teens that want to give magic a go. Especially as Tilly can show it to her 4 year old niece when she learns it. We were gifted a Marvin’s Magic 250 Incredible Card Tricks set from a recent blogging even we went to. The set is £19.99 from the Marvin’s Magic website.
What You Get In The Marvin’s Magic Incredible Card Tricks Set
The set comes with the following things
- Playing cards
- Magical card case
- Special gimmicks
- Instructions to do the tricks
How To Do Magic Tricks
The instructions included in the set, explain how to do at least 250 magic card tricks for your child to try out. The instructions offer easy to follow instructions and your child will be doing tricks before you know it.
All of the packs of cards are different, some packs contain trick Kings, Queens and Jacks, while another one will contain mindpower cards to do some magic with. Then in the instructions you will find out how to use those cards to make magic with your friends and family. There are pictures as well as written instructions to help your child do the magic tricks.
250 Different Magic Card Tricks
There are a lot of different tricks to do with the cards in the Marvin’s Magic set. I feel there is almost too many for a child to choose from and it looked overwhelming, even for an adult like me. I am not sure how easy a child will find it to follow. The set is designed for magicians over the age of 8 years old.
What Did We Think Of The Magic Marvin’s Set?
The magic set is great to get kids off their tablets or phone. Tilly enjoyed playing with it and trying some magic tricks. I did feel like there was a lot of different magic tricks to try. I felt like it was an overwhelming kit for a younger child, unless they are used to practising magic. But it is perfect for a teenager. The instructions were easy to understand and you could follow them to successfully complete the tricks.
The set is a great price and there were different card games to try, not just your original number cards. So it made it different to normal magic card games.
